Head space off the shoulder and not the belt. Trim your cases to the same length for consistent neck tension. Use a good crimp,don't crush bullet, but at least crimp as a individual step. Lee Factory crimp dies are excellent. Check for bullet run-out by rolling on piece of glass{a mirror works best for me) and watching closely, not as good as a gauge, but still pretty accurate and will show glaring wobble. Your accuracy problem(?) is in your reloading technique and not in your component choice. IMHO FWIW Good Luck
The 7RM is my favorite cartridge and I use RL-22 and 160 Accubonds.
