I'm trying to develope a load using a Sierra 270cal .277 DIA 115 Gr. HPBT in my 270WSM. I just loaded 60gr. IMR-4350 and set the OAL 2.710". A chart for a 110gr. SPT shows a minimun OAL of 2.715".
The bullet maybe a little deeper than necessary, but I'm not able to pull the bullet.

Will my five loads be SAFE TO SHOOT ?

Since Sierra lists 64.1 gr of H-4350 as maximum for their 110 gr Spt, I would have no qualms about firing the loads you have listed, even if their overall length is a bit short. I have fired quite a number of the Sierra 90 gr HP loads out of my .270WSM with 66.0 gr of IMR-4350 and if anything, they are a little too light, I get some smoking around the top of the case. I probably need to add a couple more grains of powder.
