My old 10-10 scale was getting a little sticky while fine tuning with the trickler so I called and got auth # to send it to OHAUS for repair. Two weeks later I get a new scale. | ||

Mine was about 18 yrs old and it has recently just seemed to have lost its sensitivity. Someone else mentioned the good waranty a few weeks ago so I called there was no hassle at all. I just finished loading a bunch and it is real sweet now. 3 little sticks of powder will move it. | |||
