The RCBS Warranty is Great
My old 10-10 scale was getting a little sticky while fine tuning with the trickler so I called and got auth # to send it to OHAUS for repair.
Two weeks later I get a new scale.

Dwight, I have a sticky Ohaus as well, is age an issue? 38 years of performance on this one.

Mine was about 18 yrs old and it has recently just seemed to have lost its sensitivity. Someone else mentioned the good waranty a few weeks ago so I called there was no hassle at all.
I just finished loading a bunch and it is real sweet now. 3 little sticks of powder will move it.
