On my bench are some Nosler 150 grain .308 diameter Ballistic Tips which I intend to shoot some paper and water filled milk jugs with tomorrow afternoon. The cartridge will be the '06 AI. It will be just for kicks...

cheers

Let's just say it's a bunch. For pistols I need everything from 9m/m to 45 Colt. In the rifle department, I need to reload everything from 220 Swift to 338 Winchester.

I'm about to have my 7mm-08 rechambered to 284 Win.

For game i'm going to reload the 150 sierra game kings, 154 and 162 hornady SST's and I might look at the nosler 160 accubond and barnes 160 TSX.

For silhouette I will reload 150 and 168 sierra match kings.

Next will probally be 30-06. Fooling around with some old Herters 180 semi-point bullets. They don't shoot bad! a few day's ago I did up a bunch of 6.5x55's, 6.5x06's and 243 win's. Probally need to do some 25-06 and 308 win for my son. He shot up all he had and hasn't got his reloading stuff up yet since moving.

I tried to tell him to put it up first then put the furnature around it where ever it fit. Couldn't do it, he's married! Confused

I just got done playing with some 110gr Barnes TSX's out of my Rem 700 SS in 270 Win. & 130gr Nosler BT's out of an old Western Field (Heym) rifle.

Next will be for a CZ 550 FS in 270 Win- 160gr NP's & 110 gr Speer pro-hunters. This gun shoots Winchester factory ammo into one hole at 100yrds. So I may not play with it too much.

After that, CZ Model 3 in 270 WSM with 130gr Barnes TSX's and 130gr Hornady IB's.

After that, Kimber 8400 LA Classic in 270 win with some 140gr Hornady BTSP's and 110gr Barnes TSX's

Then maybe some 180gr Nosler AB's in a sporterized Springfield 03A3 that I had rebarreled to 338-06.

I should have my 416 Rigby back from Marc Stokeld by then. Start with Speer 350gr and then on to Barnes 400gr Barnes TSX, throw in some 400gr Hornady IB's for plinking/practice loads.

I have a whole bunch of 338 bullets (180, 200, 210, 225, 250, 275, 300gr) for my quad of 338-06 rifles. Even some 250gr FMJ's

I don't know how far I will get before the Nov 1st deer season. Especially with archery opening Sept 23rd, Antelope on Oct 7th.

But the last time I went to the range I had a really good day and got two loads worked up and three rifles dialed in and ready for hunting season.

Just got 100 rounds of brass preped for 140 Ballistic Tips to clean the new bore and fireform in my recent Savage Model 14 American Classic 7mm-08 purchase.
From there I will be dialing in with the 140grn Accubond. This and my T3 25-06, using the 110grn Accubond, will be my deer hunters this year.

I just finished loading some "work up" loads for my 30-06 sporter. I've heard good things about Hornady bullets so I bought some 150 grain SST interlocks, and worked up loads using between 49.0 and 53.0 grains of IMR 4895.

I have my Loadmaster always setup for 45ACP

I just rediscovered why I like the Lee-Enfield action so much. Love the slick, smooth action. Next on the list will be some 303 British using RL-15 and 180gr Sierras. It's a great load that shoots very well in both my Enfields.

After that I have some 300 Weatherby cases that need loading. I'll be trying out the 200gr Sierra BT and H4831SC just to see how it shoots.

I am actually about caught up. I loaded 100 .41 Mags with some Berry Manufacturing brand bullets I been wanting to try. Shot them at the range today and liked them. They have a very thin coper plating on them so there is no leading. Man was the pistol easy to clean. Just finished 100 .44 mags for a friend. I guess next up is 7.5x55 Swiss. That is about all I have that needs loaded at the moment. I can hardly believe it.

Just got back from Tanzania. Had borrowed a scope from my .338 Win Mag as a spare for my .375 H&H. So I'll resight-in the .338 WM as it is used as a bad weather mountain gun during the fall.

Next up is to work out the kinks in a .308 Win Savage 110 that has plagued me for nearly a year. It came in not shooting worth a damn. Changed the stock to a Brownell's synthetic ... did not help. Noticed that the barrel appeared to have rusted at some point in its life when we bore scoped it. Changed the barrel to a new Douglas made air gauged barrel. Still shoots 3" groups.

At that point I'll have my full deck ready for the season ... .308 Win, .338 Win Mag, 9,3x74R, 9,3x62, .375 H&H and .416 Rigby.

The next endeavor will be to work out the problems I am having with iron sights on double rifles.

So lots of fun left.

Mike
