Gentlemen

I have a little problem. One of my FL dies is making lots of very shallow vertical scratches on all once fired brass.

Is it possible to fix this problem?

Cheers

Chuck up a tight fitting bore mop (you can cover it with a large patch). Put a bunch of Flitz brand metal polish on the mop and run it in and out of the die with the drill spinning everything pretty fast.

If it is an RCBS, just send it back to them.
They will send you a new one.
I have sent a number of them that I have bought used that were scratched, They just replace them.
Good luck

Send it back to Redding, I'm sure they will repair or replace it.
