Is there any reloading manuals available that contain the Ackley cartridges? Loading for a 338-06AI.

Search Nosler #6 and possibly #5 reloading manuals. Also you may check Hodgon's webiste for data for Win, IMR, and Hodgon powders.

Nosler #5 & 6 along with Barnes gives loads for 338-06. Once you fireform brass, I just worked up in 0.5gr increments over the max load with the 338-06 till I found what I liked.

Others sources are do searches on forums like this one. I know there are soem 338-06AI topics here and others like 24hr Campfire.

Ackley wrote a 2 volume reloading manual called Handbook For Shooters & Reloaders. I believe it is out of print, however there was a printing in 2004 and I had no difficulty in finding it. The books have no reference to a 338-06 improved and I don’t think the 338-06 was around when the book was written back in 1962. There is reference to the 333 OKH but not an improved version. This leads me to believe that Ackley did not design the 338-06 Ackley improved but someone applied his principles to the case.
The Barnes 3rd and 4th editions have data for the 338 Scovill a improved 338-06. I would look at the dimensions and see how closely they mach your chamber and make a decision on using that data.
For the 8mm-06 improved Ackley states “Use loading data for standard 8mm-06 increase 5%.” This will probably hold try for the 338-06 as well, but remember Ackley’s data is not presser tested so start low work up, and good shooting.

hold the phone ..
if you mean reloading data FOR that, then start with 330-06 and work up.

I revere PO Ackley, HOWEVER, the load data in the handloaders guide is, well, ENTHUSIASTIC .. in my opinion, sometimes unsafe
