Patriot bolt-face is 0.578" which is too big for most production actions.....however, you may have noticed that Savage is making a rifle chambered for the short Lazzeroni Patriot and Tomahawk (7mm).

The bolt face used on the Lazzeroni chambered rifles is similar to the Savage Safari Express rifle bolt face for the .416 Rigby. The bolt faces on Savages are easy to swap out because of their design.
