I notice my TIKKA 223 case necks are dented from extractor spring presure I presume. Was wondering if this will shorten brass life? I am using A full length bushing die with expander so it takes care of dent. Should I leave it alone or cut spring tension down?

I have a Ruger 77 that does that, too. Won't hurt a thing. JMO, Dutch.

Frank, My Tikka does the same thing ( almost a dent,but visiable ), it doesn't seem to affect the accuracy at all , and some of my cases have been reloaded too many times already.
