I would like to know how many gr are in a pound and how to divide it to see how many i can load out of it.Thanks.

7000 grains in a pound.

700grains = 1 pound
437.5grains = 1oz
7000/grains per round= rounds per pound
Make sure that the powder bottl your using actually contains 1 pound, some are only 14oz jugs.
