| Yes, you can load your 5.56 brass just like 223Rem, although with the slower burn rate of 4064 I would recommend heavy for caliber bullets if your rifle has a fast enough ROT to stabilize them.

| If I remember rite I used 23 grains of 4064 with 60 grain Hornadys for 223. |
