graybirdHere is some data dependent upon bullet weight you're planning on using.

craigsterHodgdon has plenty of data:
http://www.hodgdonreloading.com/data/rifleGreat powder and yes, it is good with 223. On the slow side for it, but still a valid choice.

Turner421So... just load my 5.56 brass as though it's 223?

LuckyduckerYes, you can load your 5.56 brass just like 223Rem, although with the slower burn rate of 4064 I would recommend heavy for caliber bullets if your rifle has a fast enough ROT to stabilize them.

vinesgood stuff that 4064 and so is RL-15 @ varget for the .223 very close to the same burn rate..

kennedyIf I remember rite I used 23 grains of 4064 with 60 grain Hornadys for 223.
