a buddy has a cadet 310 that has been rechambered for 32-20. shotes and extracts fine however the 32-20 bullets drops clear through the orginial barrel
should he get a over size mold,from rcbs,or have a barrel liner put in ?
the rcbs mold is in the 310 drive band size,which to me would be to big for the 32-20 case--chambering problems.
i know nothing about this rifle or caliber,so all suggestions welcome.

first thing to do is measure the groove diameter. That'll give you a start. roger

The Cadet uses a .321"-.322" heeled bullet. RCBS lists one, 82023, 310-120-RN. You can seat it by hand into the mouth of your case, even without dies if necessary. The Lee Factory Crimp may well be ideal for crimping the heeled bullet and a collet die might be adapted to neck size for the much larger bullet.
Yours is a common conversion though unfortunate. I know of no off-the-shelf dies for this wildcat.

I HAVE A CADET IN 32-20 ALSO.WHAT I DO IS USE LYMANS 311410 CAST BULLET.I LUBE THEM WITH LEE'S LIQUOD ALOX AND SHOOT THEM UNSIZED.IN MY GUN THE BULLET WILL GRAB THE RIFLING AND ACCURACY IS QUITE GOOD WITH THE ISSUE SIGHTS.
