Absolutely, works for me all the time. I do clean the necks internally after sizing though. ![]() Member NRA, SCI- Life #358 28+ years now! DRSS, double owner-shooter since 1983, O/U .30-06 Browning Continental set.

I've started using the stuff. Roughly 300 cases so far and I just made a small dent on the top. When it first got here I was pissed! I thought I was ripped off, but they mean a little goes a long way. I love it! But back on subject to get in the neck do you jab the case into the tin?

A little tiny bit on a Q-tip goes a l-o-o-o-o-n-g way. My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still.

Take a Q-tip and apply a small amount at the inside shoulder neck junction, this will lube the expander button and avoid problems. Good Luck!

I have used Imperial sizing was for thousands of cases and I just get the smallest amount of a finger I can barely see it if I look real close, then I scrape a very small amount into the mouth of the case and spread the rest on the outside. On my 22/250 I will lube every fifth case and just size the next fout without lube as there is enough on the die that it isn't necessary. When I am done sizing I use a Qtip and wipe out the insides of the necks so that powder doesn't bridge when filling them. I wouldn't use anything else. Dennis Life member NRA

I've used Imperial Sizing Wax for years on thousands of cases. To lube the inside of the case neck, I mounted a nylon bore brush on the front of my bench, next to my press. I put a little wax on the brush with my fingers every 5th case. Just push and rotate the case onto the brush. Works great. NRA Endowment Life Member

Imperial also makes a graphite neck lube that is a whole lot easier than fooling around with sizing wax and Q-tips. Just dip it and knock the excess off. Will not contaminate your powder either. Jim 99% of the democrats give the rest a bad name. "O" = zero NRA life member

I use it exactly like Luckyducker, but I don't bother trying to clean the inside of necks afterward. Occasionally a grain of powder will stick when I charge the case, but I just push it into the case and don't worry about it. The tiny bit of Imperial doesn't affect bullet grip that I've noticed.
