These are the guns I have:
1- 308
2- 300 SAUM
3- 243
4- 25-06
5- 7mmRM
6- 223
7- 30-30

With the above calibers in mind, what 3 powders would be a must have. I have IMR 4895 as a must have for the 308. I am noticing that a lot of people use VARGET. It seems like that should be on the list. What do you guys say?

These are the other powders that I have, but haven't really used much of.

AANo.2- used to load some 44mag with it.
AA1680
AA2230
AA2700

Jason,
The question you put forth is somewhat baited. The choice to make would depend on bullet weight.
IMO: H4831 would be an excellent one to have on the shelf. And I am thinking IMR3031 and IMR4350 would be a couple others to give a try.
The powders that others have posted are good calls also.

Drop the 4895 & go a bit slower:
IMR4064 or RL15 or W748
H4350 or RL19 or IMR4831
IMR7828 or RL22
This would cover everything you are loading for, provided you are willing to compromise a bit on accuracy vs vel.
