You describe the old Lee hand primer tool. It is single-loading and has screw-in shellholders. I watch the gunshows for holders for mine. These are letter-coded, and an old shellholder blister-pack will have a chart on the front or back. A is Hornet, B is .218 Bee, C is .30-30 etc. Last year I bought a half-dozen from a dealer who was glad to be shut of them.
Since I have small hands, I like the old Lee priming tool.

I have a hand primer that takes one primer at a time. primes one case at a time u put the primer in it than the case in the shell holder & squeeze u push the handle to the body like plier's want to get another shell holder for it they screw into the top of the body. butt alass dont know who makes them or did make them. bought this in 70s / 80's used it a little than for got about it tell now. anyone know what it is.
