I've got one of the lee dies for my 8x56r. I use it to run .338 hornady bullets through and size down to .329 for my 8x56r. It takes a bit of effort but think how much I'm squeazing them down. I think doing what you want to do should be a piece of cake. If for some reason you don't like the die you can put it on e-bay and get most your money back.

kraky, if you shoot that 8mm enough, Lee can make you an intermediate die, like 0.333". It would make the job a bit easier for $25. I did this for plinking bullets in my .404j. I size 300gr 44mags to .427 then .423. They are surprisingly accurate out to 100yds.

Thanks Fred--the gun shoots pretty crappy...at least compared to my mil surp swiss k31. I don't shoot it much. AND , now to top it off Graffs actually got hornady to make the correct diameter bullet. I'm not sure if I'll ever play with that gun anymore...just a space taker in the safe....but we all have those don't we!

Iv shot some of my unsized, pulled M2s. Im wondering how much this could cuase pressure to go up and how much more copper fouling it could cause as well? They are up to .311" in some of the high spots. Its not like they are .311" all the way around, just in high spots.
