| Mine likes 250 Sierra's over Varget! Very accurate, dependable pig round! Pigs did not show tonight but the coons did! |

| Poring through the data manuals left me with the impression .375R is sorta between .308 Win and .30-06 in terms of expansion ratio. So 7828 burn rate would be too slow. Can't get enough IMR-4831 behind 300 gr bullets to reach maximum velocities. I've tried....well, no drop tubes. Good news is you'd never get in trouble filling the case with 7828.
4350 burn rate is pretty near optimal with 270-300 gr bullets. Haven't tried 260s or 250s but something like RL-17, 760, Staball 6.5 sounds about right. |

| I built a couple back when it hit the market..or before to be exact..I found max loads of RL-15 that duplicated the 375 H&H and then some..However Ive found that a 300 gr. 375 bullet at 2500 FPS is better for buffalo, Hippo, and elephant, than the max load of 2600 plus in either caliber..
