Put me down: Actually I've been waiting for Winchester or Federal to start making this brass so I can form cases for a family of "intermediate length" wildcat magnums with a case length of 58mm and a COL of 3.150" I wouldn't even consider putting that much time into "Rummystone" brass. Norma would be fantastic as I plan to base the reamers and dies on the actual brass dimensions, and my experience with Norma has been that they are extremely close to if not exactly SAMMI specs. (Unlike everyone else) The Idea is for a WSM class cartridge with a neck about .400" long for more flexibility with heavier bullets while allowing the sam COL for lighter pills. The shoulder would be moved .050 forward to prevent chambering in a WSM chamber. These rounds would not chamber in a "short" action, but would be perfect in an "Intermediate length" large ring M98 action such as the 2 VZ500 (virgin) actions I happen to have They would also work in standard length M98 with no mods to the mag well, not to mention standard length sporters. Is this just conjecture or do you know something?

So Taylor, what gives? Do you know about something? After all you are from Sweden right? I heard that Norma was going to form WSM brass from 404 Jeffries. It would seeem logical that they would do RUM brass also.

Yes i spoke to them today and it looks like they are going for the wsm I am trying to make them consider the 300 rum, maybe it would have to be a custom order from me, thats the reason i whant to here how many of u guys could order minimum 500 cases. Because i have to order a lot, for them to start production, being that not many swedes use the 300rum.
I'd buy a 100 right now. I'm still waiting for my rifle to be finished being built, so I wouldn't commit to more at the present time. I would jump at the chance to get some of that brass though.
Hi guys Spoke with norma today and yes it could be done. But the pize is to expencive, they would cost at least 2$ a case. And the volume to order is huge. So it dosnt look to good!
