i went to do some reloading on my dillon 550 and the return spring on the primer seating bar was MIA. after looking around, i found it on the ground, but it was dang near 18" long (it should be only 1.5") Mad i don't know if the gremlins grabbed it and pulled till it broke off or what, but it's DOA!!! looks like it will take me a bit longer to reload my hunting ammo for this weekend Frowner

that always makes for a bad day. I bet it were gremlins too. wkend before last i took my 300 and /06 to the range. Gremlins had taken the bolt out of my /06 and left it on my cleaning bench.

i emailed dillon and they sent a spring free of charge. when this happened, i was going to go to the hardware store, but they were closed. i went there today and found a spring that worked. from now on, my door to the reloading room stays locked Smiler

I've had Gremlins pick the lock on my loading room. Be careful. I now employ a set gun. Big Grin
