who has the best prices for surplus powder in the US. I am talking about prices for an FFL holder though.

Don't know that a FFL receives any better prices than anyone else just because your a FFL. Unless of course you intend to purchase several hundred pounds. But try these guys just the same, I've always found them fair to wheel and deal with,

I have only used hitech 4895, and had good results. They usually have an 8lb/$60 for 4895 at a gun show, no shipping charges then. Call ahead and tell them to bring what you want. They will bring it and reserve it, so unless you tell them your name when you ask for the powder they are likely to tell you they are out - but they'll keep yours in the truck until near the end of the show.

It's nice to run into folks who do what they say!

Buy big batches, and carefully work up to your loads.
