I posted the .675" group at 300 yards
I also shot the 150 gr SST at 3500 fps and they did 1.25" at 300 yards. Both of these groups from my Sako 75 .

The following groups are from my 700 LSS.
159 grain Groove bullets at 200 yards!

All used Remington Brass buddy!

shootaway,
POP is not faking anything. I have seen the man shoot exceedingly small groups at 300yds. with .300RUM and .378Wby. rifles, on an outdoor range in Wyoming.
He is a meticulous handloader, and he has excellent bench technique.

Have you checked the weight and case capacity of that Remington brass? You may find that case weight and capacity may be wildly inconsistent.

If you're getting poor groups using 'cull' or 'ebay' brass with inconsistent internal dimensions, then get excellent groups using premium brass (which is generally far more consistent), I would not be surprised.

It is possible that I got my hands on some very poor lots of Remington brass in the past year.I only once shot Remington brass a few years before reloading with them in my 300WM Sendero in the form of Remington factory loads and they grouped a little over an inch at 200yds.However the Rem brass I used in my 300WM and RUM these past two years was good for nothing.George, the Rem brass I got was purchased fro a reputable dealer and came in the original sealed bags.

If a 7MM wears out at 70 rounds the 300 RUM should be about worn. Time for a new one! animal

Seriously though, why are you guys arguing with a turnip. Shitaway is a degenerate, from a long line of inbreeding. With Fetal Acohol Syndrome thrown in. To cap it off he's from the cesspool of Canada, our national embarrassment montreal. It's full of arrogant ignorance. A race of people who are happy living in complete idiocy. You are trying to converse with their yearly winner of the "Most Dense" award. I could go on and on with the denigration (actually the truth) of such a "worthy" recipient. However "Shit for Brains" is a waste of time as he probably doesn't understand. (a problem with the dense)

its not your brass, barnes tsx bullets are all copper, copper as you know is soft, .....to break in a barrel you need a hard jacketed bullet like sierra. by moly coating your 200 grain tsx's and shooting them threw your new 700 ...300 rum barrel your coating your barrel with moly, this will slow down barrel break inn to almost nothing, even with the same bullets un-coated they copper foul your barrel because the barrel inside is not smooth yet from shooting. listen to the great advice your given here ......why play the guy people just laugh at,your smarter than that my friend! stop pulling our legs, regards

Not me unless you are dead drunk and sleeping at home in your bed and not shooting while I am at the range shooting.

I entered these forums a few years ago thinking that I new nothing compared to most here and that was true in many forums, but when it came down to shooting for accuracy I found that I knew MORE THAN ANYONE.

Well If you are that good why the FUCK aren't you teaching our millitary boys how to make cold shot kills and get the very best out of their gear in the stan? Hell you should be able just to walk through a rifle range and your presence should alone improve every shooter present. rotflmo

Thanks pal I am in tears laughing you have just added years to my life with the stress release. I sure do like maple syrup sweet but not very filling product of quebec!

You said you have six rifles in this caliber. Why would you want another, especially, if they shoot small groups as you claim?
