I had ordered a scope from them and recieved a email 2 days later saying that it was on backorder and they couldn't give me a delivery date. I called them and canceled the order. They said no problem. 5 weeks later I get a package from them, it was the scope I had canceled. And yes, they did charge it to my card. It worked out ok because a buddy of mine was fixing to order the same scope so I sold it to him. Other than that I have ordered from them several times with no problems.
