Cat mulch

johnchCat mulch
Tonight I was chipping some branchs left over from last weeks snow storm when I saw a white cat sneaking along the tree line .
1 shot with the 22 stoped it ,but I hit it thru the spine .
I had to finish it off , I can't let it suffer .
So I picked it up using some leather welding gloves incase it had more fight left .
I then turned the chipper back on , aimed it at the feild .
In 1 second I painted 100+ squrare feet of snow red .
I am watching for yotes as I type , they are always looking for a easy meal and fresh blood should draw them in tonight

poletaxExcellent post , johnch.
This could be nominated for a 'Custom AR Patch'.An Oscar sorta thing for us retards.
I think each and every topic thread should have an award patch.Design should be submitted.Although a standard AR patch would do.Even if ya had to pay shipping and handling.

Don could just 'Sharpie' in the forum name. The misspelled ones would double in value.Drive the grammar geeks to impotence.

The only downside to this would be we would have to award one a week at least.

MarteriusWhat about a patch with a crat instead of the buff?

120mmBut you can't get an NEA grant without being gay or shoving the cat remains up someone's bum.
13 December 2005, 18:31
poletaxI wonder if I could get a NEA grant to take some of our ideas on the road?
Surely I could get $10,000.00 to show the Cratamatic around at Fairs and whathave you.I believe I would need a coterie of Hooter Girls to help with the show.
If all went well,we could take the show on the road.Sorta like Wild Bill Hickok.
This might be bigger than NASCAR.

N. S. SherlockIn view of johnch's method, and Poletax's idea, perhaps the shoulder patch could be called the "Environmentally Friendly Cat Ecology Award " and be the forum's cat's paw print embroidered in green on a red background with a black slash across it. Might as well get the good publicity available in a public forum, eh?

butchlocgeez and i was just reading a thing about a guy who has a 400 hp v-8 built into a snow blower (walk behind one) for his driveway - just the thing to chase down the neighborhood crats with. can you just imagine the old crat running like hell about the time his tail got caught up in the snowblower

acsteeleThe shoulder patch should be in "bastardized Latin"
Kind of an "elite force" type thing. I'm sure some of our military folks could help out with the design.

N. S. SherlockNo reason why your efforts can't lead to an "Olympic" gold medal concept for cat management, or perhaps "The Peter Drucker" award of merit?

boom sticknext time lay out a canvas and call it "have you seen my cat?"
15 December 2005, 21:15
N. S. SherlockBoom stick, you are most welcome here. You are providing the californee view which is grossly underrepresented in so many things. "...lay out a canvas and call it "have you seen my cat"", is pure cat wacking genius. Call it "West Coast Folk" and start a new painting with cats craze. Like that blue dog feller. I guess one could substitute a big Cuisinart machine for a chipper. BRAVO!

Pretty much covers it.
Here I thought everybody was weirder than us out that way.
Glad to see a normal person living out thataways.I thought everybody was like skinner.God help ya'.
Ya did a fine job on naming that painting. You need to name our patch award, which if ya win ,ya still have to buy it.

a cat to neuter it.

DigitalDanOEH, it works either way but apparently you get invited to display your talent at the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art if you spray.

Unh uh, Dano!

Unlike the Guggenheim, The Met has actual art in it, like Rembrandt and Matisse. It even has a complete Egyptian temple in it, indoors(the Temple of Dendur). They have a gorgeous collection of early American furniture in it that has to be seen to be believed, along with a sword collection that is most impressive. It even has some Winchesters done up by Tiffany's on display! It is one of the few things I tell people who visit NYC to go see.
The Guggenheim, on the other hand, should be burnt to the ground.

120mmIn the spirit of hijacking a thread, did you know that the State of Iowa Historical Society owns one of the largest firearms collections in the US? And that they keep it in their basement, apparently cowed by the PC police to keep it under wraps?
If you are familiar with the Hall breechloading rifle, we have crates and crates of them. They also have some Fergusons. Punt guns galore.
