I called my taxidermist today asking about that coyote I took him back last fall.

He said he's been so busy with a massive backlog he hasn't gotten a chance to stretch him out yet, but the skin was done. He's not sure how much longer, but "it may be a while".

I told him I'm in no hurry and just take his time.

I guess that's a double-edged sword for going to a "good" taxidermist.

It won't spoil...ferget about it and he'll call when he needs some jingle. Probably you'll get to pick it up when relatives from some blue blooded liberal state like New Yawk are visiting. Wait for the stars to align Ben, they are rarely wrong. Wink

the up side to it is that you don't have to come up with the cash to pay for it yet. This allows the purchase of another gun clap
