One of the images that sticks in my head is one from the film Out of Africa. I remember that next to the fireplace there was a set of rhino horns mounted together on a wood base and on the wall pointing out into the room. On them was hung a set of binoculars and other sporting accouterments. It looked great 100 years ago and still would IMO.  Or this....on top of a book shelf....  They also sell this skull plate for display. You can get a reproduction shoulder mount in several sizes and positions now. Most top professional Taxidermy studio's offer them. SCI Reno this year Highveld Taxidermy had a fiberglass head and shoulder and full body resin casting on disply. $3500 and they would take your Rhino measurements and make a proper replica and paint it. That would be pretty cool! $9000 for the full body mount. Rich DRSS | |||
