Here's a couple of old shots of the house, although I see that I need to update as a few things have changed since I took these snaps. Still, it gives some idea of where I hang out...

Thank you kindly Miss Ann, but I can't claim any credit for it...that's the She-Wolf's doing! She, like you, is a patch-hand with a rifle; heck, close to half the heads in the place belong to her.

Her abilities keep me behaving myself, they surely do. Not that I'm worried about her killing me; she wouldn't do that. It's the thought of getting shot up around the fringes deliberately that concerns me! Wink

Oh, sure...

Both impala and the axis are hers, one of the warthog skulls (out of sight next to the woodstove), and upstairs there's whitetail and sika.

As soon as I get done writing it up, I'll post the second installment of our recent trip to Argentina (in the South American forum), where she rolled a Russian boar tail-over-tin-cup at 200 yards.

Yep, they don't make gals like my Jane much anymore. Hard working, cheerful in all weathers...her only failing seems to be her questionable choice in men! Not that I'm complaining, mind you... Big Grin
