Can someone please fix the link for me? I am getting frustrated trying to outsmart the cpu. I was definitley behind the tech curve before but with my current problems it is even worse.
Thanks.

Scott,

I do not have a photo to share but I do have a genet cat currently being mounted. He will be stalking off a small termite mound down onto a buried bushbuck skull. His head will be turned sharply as he sizes up a large rhino beetle scurrying away. My taxidermist is using an aftermarket mink nose/mouth/teeth for the genet.

Atticus, Thank you for both the help and the compliment.

African Dreamer, Please post some pictures of the work in progress. It sounds like it will be a great piece.

Scott, I will see if Anthony has any good pictures of other genet mounts he has done and get back to you.

Scott, I had two mounted by Karoo Taxidermy in Graff-Rienett RSA but they look like road kill. Some of the worse, hideous taxidermy I've ever seen....makes me too sick to think about posting pics. You might ask Dennis @ the Artistry of Wildlife, Dan @ Wildlife Gallery, Mike @ Osage, Grafton, Jerry Huffaker. Any of these fellows may have pics and they will be worth seeing.
Regards,
David

Thanks everyone,

Been busy and forgot to check this forum! I am going to have Moredou Taxidermie in RSA do the mount along with my porcupine. They have done work for me before and while I was not totally pleased with the work I am willing to give them a second chance. My taxidermist told me the porcupine and the small cat cape are difficult to dry and re-wet without damage and that it would be best to have them done in RSA. My Klipspringer & white springbok are coming back home for mounting though!!!
