I'm looking for some help/suggestions on plinking and hunting loads for the following:

168gr Keith - Leadhead
357 Mag - Colt Python 6"

250gr Keith - Leadhead - .430
44 Mag - S&W mod 29 8 3/8"

270gr Keith - Leadhead - .452
45 Colt - Roger Vaquero - 5 1/2"

Can anyone one point me in the right direction? Thanks

In the 45 Colt try Unique. Start at 7.5 and work up. You can go as high as about 11.0 (which will be a rather stout load). I'm guessing that somewhere around 8.5 to 9.5 you'll find a load you like.
