Anybody have any takeoff barrels laying around? I have a VZ24 with a bad 7x57 barrel. I'd prefer a M-98 barrel, but anything else might be made to work with a bit of time on the lathe.

I have a couple of K98 barrels in pretty good shape lying around. Been planning on replacing a .220 barrel and another 6.5-06, but might be persuaded to part with one if 7.9mm suits ya.

Alternatively, maybe the Swift Adams and Bennett or 6.5-06 Shilen could become available. Strangely enough, the A&B is pretty accurate, the Shilen only so-so, but that may be bad gunsmithing on the latter.
