I've got an old Dillon 300 press that I use for odd low volumn calibers, 45 Auto Rim, 38 Spec. I find that with use the dies will back themselves out a smidge. I make it part of my loading process the check the bullet seating die and the crimping die just to make sure they are tight. Yes, I've used a wrench to tighten the locking rings.
