Just curious, did you use a pressure cooker, or slow water bath method?

you cannot safely preserve meat in a water bath.Temp doesn't get hot enough to kill everything. pressure canner is the only way

Thanks. I was just wondering. My grandmother used to do it slow water bath, but it took a LONG time to get hot enough long enough, as you said.
