Here is some wartie pics from our plains game hunt, in Limpopo RSA, July 2008. I've always loved hog hunting. Any serious pig hunter, should hunt them one time in their life! Hope you enjoy the pics!  My wartie, taken with .45-70 guide gun.  Doc's hog. Taken with a Marlin XLR, .308 MX, using leverevolution amm.  Doc's son's warthog. Taken with .338 win mag. The last warthog I shot went 17 plus on both tusks, and they are over 3 inches wide..I shot him across the road from the Seliti Game preserve near Kruger Park..all that area up their has the best warthogs in all of Africa IMO..I was hunting with Hannes Swanapoels Big Five Safaris, whom I book for..Pictures of this big piggie can be seen on my web page. I love to hunt wart hogs..I like to spot and stalk them or just walk them up. While on the subject of warthogs some more pictures to enjoy for all.        The biggest of the lot 14 1/2" trophy          Wharthogs are a lot of fun to hunt as you will never know the outcome it could be great or it could be a disaster. Frederik Cocquyt I always try to use enough gun but then sometimes a brainshot works just as good. | |||
