someone was talking at my friends shop today an he said he heard there were some feral hogs in southern iowa..... he was wondering as i was if they would be good eating......i told him i thought some of the guys in here had said they were ......sounds like a fun handgun safari with the model 27 an cast bullets..............

as a general rule, the sows are better and a smaller pig tastes better than a larger.

if you can find the crop raiders, they'll be far less gamey than a woods rooter...

real easy to tell if they've been in an area.. does the ground look like a drunk attacked it with a tiller, for ACRES....
