Well I got around to cooking some of the hog donated to me by Gatorgordo and his son and just wanted to say thanks and I hope I am lucky enough to share a campfire with them again some day. Hey, every group needs one token Yankee....... you're better than most, which can be taken anywhich way..... Actually, enjoyed visiting with you immensely and appreciated your knowledge of shotgunning. I dunno what you'd be doing in NE Texas but if you're in the area you are ordered to come by my place and we'll shoot something. I picked up my Axis meat in Junction on the way home from Ozona this week. I have the grill fired up and some tenderloin marinating. I am getting hungry! Bob, not quite axis, but this evening I fixed lemon pepper pork loin, along with salad greens, green beans, corn on the cob and garlic bread. Topped it off with a little paisano. Not too shabby. GWB | |||
