Yep. I agree with Matt. She looks pretty close to bingo-time.

How's the wind for your area right now? It's a beautiful and cool night out there, but the gentle wind here is not conducive to seeing anything as it carries my scent to the most prime crossings. Cover scent certainly helps, but it's not a 100 percent panacea, either.

Winds are strange right now and the forecast seems to show they will remain from the east/northeast. Very unusual to have winds from this direction for so long. Typically our winds are from the south/southeast.

A hog's nose is mighty keen and can detect danger from a long way off. Through the window, I've seen them feeding relatively peacefully downwind of the house. But open that front door and let the wind carry human scent that way, and the game is over quickly.
