Check out the left rear leg of this guy--got caught in a fence perhaps, or maybe a dog's jaws. Contacted the GW and got his guidance--

Most probably a fence. Seen it happen many times before. They tuck their rear legs up under their belly when jumping a fence. One leg fails to clear and gets wrapped in the top and second strand! He got lucky and pulled it out. Usually they dislocate their hip trying to jerk free! Dangerous for me but I have let several free. They do not make it long!

Plenty of deer, no reason to let that animal go through what’s coming, that’s the real world, and it ain’t nice.

Got another picture this week--he is looking worse. Has been at the same feeder twice--once in the middle of the night and once in the morning-hopefully he will show when I am in my stand.
