A few of us headed to a ranch NW of Austin, Texas over the weekend to put some pork in the freezer. Our 5 hunters put down 11 hogs ranging from pit size 30 pounders to 200+ lbs. All three of my hogs were behind the ear DRT's with my Posse .223 AR-15. I was shooting the Sierra #1395 65 gr. SBT's. We had a lot of fun..... We managed to eat pretty well too...... ....Texas brisket, Texas beans, potato salad, and jalapeno, cream cheese, and bacon poppers.  Grilled venison sausage.    There is room for all of God's creatures....right next to the mashed potatoes. http://texaspredatorposse.ipbhost.com/ | |||
