Amen!! Save up for the Nikon Sky and Earth. Cheap spotters are just not worth buying. And they are anything but "affordable".

|  Seems that there are a few strong opinions on this one... Yeah, one thing for sure when it comes to optics, you get what you pay for... Quality glass isn't cheap, quality grind isn't cheap and an overall quality scope is not cheap... You can get some good optics at a "reasonable" price and great optics at an almost scary price.. Whatever you do, compare several at different price points and decide what your eyes like and disklike... Ken....
