Probably in Japan. At least mine (10x40) were produced there some 25 years ago. Today I'm not sure. However, as you observed they are of low quality. My old Leitz 10x40 are surely of much higher quality. Wolfgang Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own a car | |||
