Lichter binoculars
I bought a pair of Lichter binoculars at a garage sale but cannot find where they are made. Does anyone have any information on them? Thanks

Probably in Japan. At least mine (10x40) were produced there some 25 years ago. Today I'm not sure. However, as you observed they are of low quality. My old Leitz 10x40 are surely of much higher quality.
