| Shattered is correct. Warne rings torqued with a Warne torque wrench. I was not aware the scope was moving under recoil on my 416 Ruger. Put the rifle in the gun safe, retrieved it to find the lens shattered. I guess the tube bent. Docter was absorbed by Noblex. Noblex went under because of covid 19, go figure? Or something like that! Tried to mail it to the new Noblex, they said they would fix it. While it was in the postage system they said they won't warranty anything. Customs in Germany sent it back. I figure our DEI postal serve just screwed it up. Fishing weight? |

| Sorry to hear this, Live Oak. Can I give you a copy of my book on such matters, to help make you feel better?
If so, I'd love to see a picture taken 'through' the scope. I use things like that to advertise the book and am willing to conceal the brand etc, if that reassures you.
As to getting the scope fixed, I'd try to reopen negotiations with Noblex, explaining the mailing issues. Maybe they could send you a new erector-tube assy, which you might ask a US repairer to install, hopefully, in front of an airconditioner.
One real advantage of modern, image-movement scopes is that they are cheaper to make and repair because most/all the guts come out in one piece from the ocular end. |

| While Docter left the riflescope field and passed the baton to Noblex, they are still in existence and may be able to help you out. Noblex has indeed balked at warranty work and no longer will do it. It's worth checking out. Here's a link to their contact form: https://docteroptics.com/en/contact

| Been it touch with the "new" Noblex. The old company went under during Covid. Three different emails but none seemed connected. Maybe someone was having fun! Last one was when the scope was in the mail. German customs bounced it back to me. Out $84 in mail. DEI postal service! I have not remove the scope from my box. When I do I will try and take you a picture. I have an email to Iron Sight .Inc I'll see what they have to say. |

| Try Docter, not Noblex. Noblex won't help you.
