Back in late May 2010 I called Iron Sights and spoke with a nice lady who told me they could check my Redfield scope. It was never mounted on any rifle but had been in the flood we had here and I wanted it inspected and if necessary, restored. She said send it along with a check for $80, so in a couple of weeks (June) I sent both. I was told to expect 6 months turnaround. That was fine, but in December 2010, I emailed them for an update: no reply. A week later again...no reply. In January, 2011, I began calling. I have since emailed again and called 3 more times, leaving polite messages to please call or email me with an update. So far, nothing. Not a word and they never return emails or return phone calls. Does anyone have any news on them? Are they still in business or have I lost my scope and money? I spoke to them 2 weeks ago regarding having future work done on a scope. I called 1st thing in the AM, The phone was answered on 2nd ring by a lady and after speaking to her about my scope, I then spoke to person i believe to be a technician. He gave me the info i needed.
