Has anyone heard of DINGWALL SAFARIS i believe the owners name is DON BOWER and has anyone hunted cape buffalo with them.

Where do they Hunt?

Don owns Dingwall and I do the game count there every year...

Good sable but no buffalo. If you want to hunt buff with Don, he has 4 blocks in the selous in Tanzania. My understanding is that Guy Whittal has bought all the quota on Dingwall for this year as Don is too bussy in TZ to run a small operation here - and besides his wife is in Bulawayo and if he comes to Dingwall he has to see her

Don's is Okome Safaris. Licky's is Malagarasi Safaris. They are not partnered on all four blocks. They are partnered on two. R1 and K4.

Has anyone hunted with OKOME SAFARIS or MALAGARASI SAFARIS for cape buffalo......

A friend and I hunted with Don Bower's outfit (Okome ?),late August, early September, last year in the Selous, L1, for buff and plains game. PH was Keith Hakes.
Let me know if anyone's interested in the hunt,particularly as our trophies just came over from Tanz and there is a big problem with the shipment and I don't know if the owner, Don Bower is going to correct it.

BWANA BOB , I very interested how were the buffalo in that area and how was the camp. Would you recommend booking with them
