I like the new pic of Walter and his Giganto Buff. He shot a prehistoric Buff mind you; thought extinct since the Paleo period. That Bull must weigh no less that 5,500 lbs! Giganto Buff surely has a 24" boss and a 71" spread. I am in awe of his prowess not only as a Hunter, good shot, but all around seasoned trophy hunter. I think it's the best header pic we could have. It just says Africa! Kidding aside Walter, great Buff, and that is one great looking picture! Thanx for posting it.
David

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

He obviously needs some really big hands to deal with a rifle of that size too. Eeker

Methinks the man has terribly long arms and huge hands. Some skullduggery is expected. Roll Eyes

Walter is a very picky man and waited a long time, as well as many hunting trips looking the perfect one.
