Hello,Myself and one of my friends were talking the other night, and decided we'd look around
for a decent hunt sometime in august or september. Have any of you guys seen any hunts offered lately that looked particularily interesting? We would go anywhere and hunt anything that looked to be a good fun experience
thanks

you'll probably find quite a few, but watch out for the airfare

Notlim,

I can offer you and your friend a unique hunting experience in Botswana. You can hunt with Bushmen for 2 weeks or hunt, fish, and game view for two weeks in what I call my Sporting Safari. Go to my website African Excursions and click on Hunting with Bushmen and Special Sporting Safari. I can offer either of these for the dates shown for the Special Sporting Safari (Sept. 8-18). While I’d prefer bow hunters for the hunts with Bushmen, guns would be ok.

I’m in the US right now but am leaving for Botswana on the 29th of June, so if you’re interested please contact me quickly so I can make the necessary arrangements before I leave.

Regards,

Peter Durkin

I would be willing to bet there are a lot of operators who could accommodate you for plainsgame, especially since you have a two month window.

Start with a "wish list" so to speak. Everyone has a few animals that interest them. Then, narrow it down from there.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
