I have hunted and shot a lot of African game, but never one of these. Have any of you hunted and shot this one? I recently found this tag in the skinning shed at Chamalaya on the Bubye Conservancy and thought you might be interested in what appears to be a new species.

Yes I have. I shot a Monster Honey badger in Zimbabwe hunting in the SAVE.

I was in a Leopard blind and it came in to the bait, and I shot it with a Blaser R 93 in 308.

I was riding in the land cruiser having a beer pissed that I didn`t see much game, when the guys in the back saw a couple enter the bush.My PH wanted me to go after it and feeling the way I did I complied. We stopped the truck,I was handed my rifle,I chambered a 550 solid and entered the bush. The honey badgers were on the run and we were right behind them when one stopped and I put a solid through his back.

Imagine the possibilities for a full body mount. Did you shoot a pair or just the horney one?
