Since I have never hunted elephant, with the broken left tusk, does this count toward weight? Also, from some of the pics of forum members, this doesn't look as big as theirs. Again, I don't know much about this, just asking.

They just weigh them broken or not and what they weigh is what they weigh. I'm sure some forum members have taken some longer tusks. I'm sure some forum members have taken some about as or heavier than the broken 64# tusk. I'm also quite equally sure that not many have taken ivory as thick as those. And I'm quite certain few IF ANY have taken any as heavy as the 90# side! Sure with both tusks together......... Fantastic elephant yet again!!!!!

Rhyme of the Sheep Hunter
May fordings never be too deep, And alders not too thick; May rock slides never be too steep And ridges not too slick.
And may your bullets shoot as swell As Fred Bear's arrow's flew; And may your nose work just as well As Jack O'Connor's too.
May winds be never at your tail When stalking down the steep; May bears be never on your trail When packing out your sheep.
May the hundred pounds upon you Not make you break or trip; And may the plane in which you flew Await you at the strip.
