Just before trial, Larry Rudolph paid $30,000 to the widow of the man he recorded to settle. He also apologized for what he did.


The entire matter was beyond ridiculous. Who knows how much money was spent over this on legal fees, in part over Rudolph's awards. Ego in action on this one.

This is a 4 year old subject, I wish someone will give us a break down of it!

I wish I knew. All was quiet. A few months ago, I heard it was still alive and well. Depositions were being taken. I was surprised at the time. Last night , someone made me aware of the article. (Thanks Jon)

If I recall correctly, Mr. Whipple resigned form SCI after the tapes came out. He subsequently died of natural causes if I remember correctly.


I can probably find out more details. It might take a bit of time but I can probably do it.
