Anyone have any information on this outfit? They hunt in the East Cape of South Africa. I have friend that bought an auction hunt donated by them and I have never heard of them. Thanks.

I haven't Mike, did you "google" him?

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

I've hunted a lot of the East Cape Mike and I've not heard of him. However, things change there monthly. Check the PHASA site.
Good hunting,
David

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."

This looks like his website:

http://www.harveysafaris.co.za

www.huntingreport.com also appears to have some trip reports on his outfit.

Sounds like he has been a PH for some time and has recently started outfitting for himself.

"It gives me great pride to be able to offer my services now as both a Professional Hunter and as the Outfitter of this Safari Company."
